I'm not saying it's big, but there's an entire level devoted to Ian O'Connor's platitudes.

Sure it's a little showy but it makes the other houses in the neighborhood better just by being on their street.

Garage is big enough for a Ford Edge, a Range Rover and Joba Chamberlain's ass.

... Thank you ...

For those of us wishing he'd take a long walk off a short pier*, he's got one of those, too.

Later

* = old expression I haven't heard in years.

Looks like he couldn't afford a boat.

Ooh, I'm copying my post from the MFY douchebag thread to here:

"The fiscal collapse of 2008 saw the bottom fall out of the Florida housing market. Suddenly, no one was building new homes in the state. But this did not deter Derek Jeter. Showing the same leadership he displays on the hallowed field of Yankee Stadium, Jeter steadfastly brought hope and inspiration to the American economy by building a new house in Florida against the odds."

Sure that security fence might look imposing, but if you walk a few feet to its left, you can trickle right through to daylight.

Also, I hear his house has genital herpes.

I'm not saying it's big but

he has enough room in his kitchen to practice his patented catch and throw with his servants

My wife notes that his shower must have three settings: Hot, cold and soft rain.

I'm torn.
On one hand that line makes me wish we still nominated, and voted for, BOCs.
On the other hand, why go through all that work ? That one would have won hands down.

The food, however, is EXCELLENT and locally sourced. (If a little overpriced.)

Notice how he brought the fence in nice and close.

I hear Jeffrey Maier's already been busted reaching over and stealing stuff from the neighbors.

I was at the House of Evil South on Friday night and told this joke (credited appropriately, of course) to the Red Sod fans sitting near me to uproarious laughter. Thanks ABNS.
