Who's first? Jorgensen, who already appeared in a coupl'a threads today? Maybe McEwing?

Good guess with the latter.

Joe McEwing 502

Matt Franco 452

Mackey Sasser 420

Bruce Boisclair 410

Danny Heep 395

Dom Smith 389

Daryl Boston 382

Timo Perez 372

Teddy Martinez 353

Rod Kanehl 340

Endy Chavez 337

Jorgy started in right on Opening Day 1980.

I don't know mine enemy that well.

- That would be Cesar Hernandez, long of the Philadelphias

- We know who Soto is

- the just-signed 62 y/o Nelson Cruz

- long, tall Josh Bell. Trying to keep him out of the OF as much as possible is my guess. Not that he's a good fielder at 1B

- not Chico, but Keibert Ruiz, a 23 y/o Venezuelan who was a major cog in the Scherzer/Trea Turner deal last summer

- Lane Thomas (26) came over from StL last year for Jon Lester's last hurrah

- more ex-Phillies, that's Makiel Franco

- Alcides Escobar, ex of KC and Milwaukee. Acquired last year and is replacing Trea Turner

- Victor Robles. Still can field, still can't hit

- and we know Patrick Corbin

So that's a start anyway.

Same in Silver Spring. I don't understand why they didn't "bang" this game yesterday. The Mets will be in DC two more times and each team has an off day on May 9.

I like Marte so far. Let's see if he steals second.

For some reason my MLB.tv subscription does not seem to exist even though I got an email 2 weeks ago that it was renewed. I guess I should've tested it out during Spring Training.

Magoo throws 99. Who knew?

Yeah, he's got a jump of about 4-5 MPH on his velo. Hoping he doesn't blow his arm out.

That play by Cano was a little sketchy, but it worked.

Shaky infield D so far, between the Lindor error and bad tag by Petey on the pickoff. Magill's gotten 11 outs now to get through 3 innings.

Where did everyone go? We missed a controversial call at first base and Buck is -1 at challenges.

Megill escapes

Coming up empty after getting the first two on, and blowing the pickoff, hopefully will be the sort of thing that burns Buck's old butt, but great sackup job by Megillicuddy.
