Time to act, even if you're Acting in your role. I'm thinking that the Mets will "extend" QO's to Conforto and Syndergaard if only to get an extra draft pick should the offer be declined. Noah wants to stay and will likely accept. We're not sure about Conforto.

to decide what to do with headaches like Cano and his $40 million. Would be

nice to know if the DH will be a thing next year too, I suppose.

I Mean, Cano is easy. he's there. you have all offseason, and it's silly to cut someone before you have to for any other reason anyway.



But we don't even know like, if the season is going to start on time. All the rules could change, from DH, to years of control, to anything else.

Conforto has some decisions to make, because someone will give him a big multi-year deal if the Mets don't.

It's possible the Mets and Syndergaard try to get squared away for two or three years, I think.
