  1. Jeter had to touch David's ass with the tag even though he was already on the bag, didn't he? Pervert.
  2. Wang did a "good job of keeping them in the ballgame"? Come on, Joe. Seriously? Five -- shoulda been seven -- runs in seven innings? That's not good, dipwad.
  3. Now they're saying you "can't blame the umpires" on Delgado's blown call. Who the heck can you blame? I'd say it was their mistake, therefore you can blame them.
  4. Let's hire Dierker. I hate sac bunts.
  5. Stevie Jeets last night, BG today. I'm enjoying the solo IGTs.
  6. Page 2 Quiz ]7. According to McCready's mother, Gayle Inge, whom did Clemens ask for permission to have a relationship with McCready? (a) McCready's father, Tim ( His wife HA!
  7. Hank wrote: "(Mike) Mussina, after I got on him a little" Yeah. That was all you, douchebag. Had nothing to do with your on-field staff, or the fact that Mussina's a professional pitcher. I'm sure your words inspired him. Dick. Hank wrote: "What bothers me is that these guys are all working for me and my brother and they're all making more money than we are." coughcoughbullshitcoughcough
  8. I'll throw three names out there for the early 90s guesses. Mauro Gozzo 1994 Lee Guetterman 1992 Dave Telgheder 1991
  9. Julio Valera 1991?
  10. I haven't actually watched a game in two weeks.
  11. 1994 Eric Hillman?
  12. Shit. I was sure Jesse O was one, but it would have been early 80s. Randy Neimann is either 86 or 87. I'll guess 86. Roger McDowell is 87? 2004 James Baldwin (or Scott Erickson) 2000 Grant Roberts (or 2001?) 1989 Blaine Beatty
  13. Of course, when Bill Simmons signed my copy of his book, he signed it "Let's Go Mets" also. But maybe he just felt bad for me.
  14. I finally saw this, after all the anticipation, and was horribly, horribly disappointed. Visually, it was awesome; the transformations were excellent, and all the explosions were top-notch Michael Bay. But the story was insipid, full of holes, and the characters -- including the Transformers -- were just awful. The only great part was getting Optimus Prime's original voice, which was frigging awesome. Other than that, I'd rather watch the 1986 movie than this one again.
  15. Willets Point wrote: I doubt any Florida teams will be in first place come September. Oh, and the Yankees will hoist the 2008 World Series trophy, blah, blah, blah... HEY! Steve stole Willets' password!
  16. Gorgeous. I've been waiting for that. Wanted Mex, but I guess he was already in the Cardinals one. Dude just about nails every single one. Love it, love it, love it.
  17. Ordered. Thanks, guys!
  18. AG/DC wrote: Are there no black people left in New Orleans? Well, certainly not at the touristy things. I almost missed Seo's pictorial buried here in the IGT -- glad I clicked in here! Very cool experience.
  19. Hands down, it's the best Billy Joel album. Maybe "Songs From the Attic" gets a few points, but it's a live album, so it doesn't count. Turnstiles has great songs, top to bottom. (Except maybe "James," which is boring.) "Summer Highland Falls" and "Angry Young Man" are all you need. Classic.
  20. I like how they threw the Mitchell Report in there on LoDuca, like that has anything to do with anything.
  21. Tim Bishop?
