John Minko on the FAN just reported that "the Mets say Graves will be at the stadium tonight."Whatever that's supposed to mean. Maybe he correctly remembered the Turning Point of the Game, and that was his prize.

We did all kind of just skip over that thought. Very cool, lub. We saw a guy bowl a 299 once, a couple of lanes down from us: from then on forward, any time anyone left one pin standing, we called it a "Larry" in honor of that guy.I loved the CG last night; I think it can only help his (and Willie's) cahnfidence down the road. He was cruising! If he was laboring, then I'd say get him out of there, but he wasn't, so I have no problem letting him finish it.

Oswalt hit Floyd in the elbow; the benches cleared reeeeeeeeeeeally slowly, and that was that. The bullpens didn't even reach the infield dirt before turning around and heading back.

And now Oswalt comes a little too close to Piazza.Pedro's mayoral campaign commercials would have to be better than that guy in the NJ primary who has the camera spinning in circles.Lamb-Everett-Ausmus in the eighth; if the Mets pick up a couple of runs here, I'd say Lamb goes down.

Fran Healy just said that defense was Brad Ausmus's "fort." Not "forte," mind you, but his "fort." I guess a fort is for defense, but Fran Healy is a moron.
