Schoeneweis pitching in a high leverage situation to 3 consecutive right-handers is something I hope I don't see much this season.

jesus christ. we're down one fucking run in the seventh inning of the sixth fucking game of the goddamned season. we're looking at three innings against the soft fleshy underbelly of the phillies. its far from over, and you're ready to throw in the towel on the fresh season? fucking hell. get over it.

[valadius]If the Mets lose this game, they will not win the division. It'd be mathematically impossible.[/valadius]

edit: Just messing with you, Val. You're always so definitive on things.

Right now I'd rather have m.e.t.b.o.t. playing than most of the guys on our roster!

UGHHHHH.
Reyes singles and I REALLY thought Easley hit one out.
Looked like he got all of it and the crowd thought so too, from the sound of it.
But it falls short on the track in left.

Daym.

I'm guessing that was a very concise Seaver post.

HA! So I'm guessing a lot of them are wondering what is it going to take to get their kid into Stony Brook or trying to finagle there way to an easy track to a 4.0?

4-2.
Rollins hits an RBI single to right, a one hopper under Delgado's outstretched glove.

I guess getting rid of Mota was not addition by subtraction for our bullpen.

I'm following on gametracker. Do I read this as "Delgado should have had it"?
