IGT 7/26/06 - Day Game Against The Cubs

I complained a month or so ago that there was too much pbp and not enough color.

Races to see who starts the thread are always a bad sttart, leading to races to see who can report first what we're all watchingt, to races to see who can post Kapooties first.

Be best, not first.

Be deep, not broad.

More why and how, less what.

Right on...there are games where I'll be alone for a few innings at night and keep the play by play to keep myself occupied...I'm going only color from now on.

Frankly, if it was Pedro coming back from an injury I'd feel the same way. I no longer care if any Met ever throws a no-hitter. In fact, I kind of like that it's never happened.
