  10. The Mets announced a few roster moves on Monday, including sending OF DJ Stewart and LHPs Joey Lucchesi and Matt Gage outright to Triple-A. Stewart and Lucchesi elected free agency while Gage will return to Syracuse. Additionally, the Mets also reinstated RHPs Paul Blackburn, Sean Reid-Foley and Christian Scott as well as INF Ronny Mauricio from the 60-day IL. Later

  22. Keep your eye on Nolan McLean. He was drafted as a two way player but mid year he decided to concentrate on pitching. He was named Eastern League Pitcher of the Week. He tossed six scoreless innings and struck out six in his effort, lowering his Double-A ERA to 4.19. McLean looked increasingly better as the season went on, earning a 2.35 ERA in his final six starts. Later
