This is like the niece of Prez GW Bush, Lauren, who married the son of Ralph Lauren.
That the accent tends to fall on the first syllable in the first name and on the second syllable in the (made-up by her father-in-law*) second name giving the two a slightly different pronunciation, doesn't change the fact that she became Lauren Lauren.
