whether or not that link does anything when you're not signed up i don't know (it leads me to the league, but it may be different for others), but you should just be able to navigate to "join a league" on yahoo and input the information in my first post

I'm back in, if you don't mind. I haven't posted in forever, but I still do read
the forums without signing in. Last summer was supposed to be my "I'm
going to post for real because I won't lose a hard drive for a fourth
consecutive year" summer, but I ended up working two jobs, one full time,
and never having time for the internet. Active CPF poster; take five? Or
four. Whatever.

lets keep signups open for board members (and/or previous participants) until March 15th, at that point we'll open it up to friends, i just dont want a flood of outsiders to keep a spot from a board member who wants in!

Did we open it up to non-CPF'ers last year? I honestly don't recall.

Anyway, 10 is really the minimum for a mixed league. If we could shame two more Cranepool regulars though that'd be best case...

I'd consider 10 the minimum for an NL-only league, 12 is a must for mixed league and I'd really want to have 16, but we have the depth argument every year so theres no reason to have it again, whoever shows up we'll go with

I'm pulling out guys , I just can't commit to the draft and other years when it got auto drafted for me my team sucked, sorry.

I am autodrafting, I will not likely be able to get to a computer Sunday night. I still think I will win though.

we are REALLY shorthanded here. if it stays this way i may want to increase the starting positions to the "standard" 24 (c,c,1,2,3,ss,mi,ci,5xof,ut,9xp)
