It' a shame that Mendoza uses his closer to get 6 out with a 5 runs lead, because he has so few bullpen arms he trusts. I know we have to win tonight, but a five run lead.



Seems like Butto would be a goo d option. If all went well he could close out the game.



The dye is cast, so hopefully Diaz can make short work of the Dodgers with=out undo stress on his arm or my nerves.

There's a big lead so it probably doesn't matter, but why put in a pinch runner for a runner on 3rd and none out? You burn two players, and even a slow runner on 3rd with none out is likely to score.
