I'm with JCL on the time. It looks like everyone if under the cap...so I don't think any team has to cut anyone. I'm going into the draft only needing to fill 9 spots...none of them everyday guys...which is good because my budget only has $34 bucks left. Anyone know where to click in order to pay our dues?

We'll have to choose a draft day (late March, if I remember correctly)...but it is live and chat enabled. Last year we had to split it up over a couple of days since we were drafting teams from scratch. It should only take a couple of hours this year since the teams are mostly assembled.

I dug this one. Not a classic...but good crime/chase fun. I would have watched this movie over and over at age 12. Fixed gear, steel frame, no brakes...yes, that is fucking crazy.

I finally saw this tonight, too. And took the liberty of re-watching the first two films this past week as well. This film was decent. Not nearly on par with TDK, IMO, but as good as the first. Ledger's Joker and Eckhart's Dent/Two Face were tough performances to top.

I plan on taking this one in...most likely at the theater during Xams week. My better half wants to see the Les Mis movie coming out, so it may be an afternoon where we split up and go to different theaters.

Finally saw this on PPV. I was pleasantly surprised. With so many characters, this movie had the potential to be a huge disaster, but it held it's own IMO. I liked it much more than the Thor and Captain America lead-ins. I really enjoyed Ruffalo as Banner, but still missed Norton for continuity's sake. Downey rocks Iron Man as usual, hard to argue with Vic on Black Widow and I liked Samuel Jackson in a flick for the first time in a long time. I gave it a 7 and will see the sequel.

The new system seems awfully confusing...but could be useful as well. I'm open to either option, but I guess I prefer the voting a player off as that was my understanding of what would happen going into the season. Fun season, by the way. Great job, all!

I'm still in contention this season but not it's pretty much up to how the players perform these last 3 weeks. A lot of fun though. Mark Reynolds has mostly been rotting on my bench for the last month. He has finally taken over for Freddie Freeman at my utility spot. I put him on the block and he got hot, hot, hot. But alas, no takers.

Uh, they did already do a sequel of sorts as a TV movie in the late '80s. Ollie Hopnoodle's Haven of Bliss According to the wiki article, PBS did a series of movies based on the Parker family. Needless to say, this is a terribly bad idea. OE: this will be a straight to DVD release.

I'm game. I enjoyed Payback as an action flick. Would it be worth watching it again before taking in Gringo?

I'm actually looking forward to this one...but I'll wait a few weeks to let the hype die before seeing it. I loved The Dark Knight and the few reviews I've seen of this one say that it's better than TDK.

Other than making it more music-video-esque, this version did little to build on the Swedish version of the film (where the Swedish characters actually spoke, uh, Swedish). Can Americans truly not read subtitles, or was this version only necessary in order to include McDonalds and Apple product placements between the scenes of rape, incest and torture? Meh.
