    I'm not optimistic. The current roster and organization leave no wiggle room to make the necessary near term changes due to the ages and contracts of some non-performing players, lack of positional prospects ready to be promoted, etc. And the owner hasn't shown an indication to want to change out the GM who put this together. He keeps having pressers when he tells us things will be OK without major changes. He needs to start a top to bottom reevaluation and put the team back on track. Later
