  1. Speaking of graduation, IIRC, his signing bonus included a $50,000 academic scholarship. I wonder if he also never graduated there. Later
  2. Only if those 150 walks turn into rlob. I’d feel a lot better if they find someone will take advantage of those ducks on the pond - in bunches. Later
  3. The question is, when he's hitting 99 on the radar gun. will hitters be afraidy of Ofreidy? Later

  12. Not only didn't Cohen bring me a free agent present for Hanukkah, he blew out the candles on my menorah. Later
  13. Many of us were a hard fast NO when this originally surfaced. Since then, his production as well as my enthusiasm for him have declined. Later
  14. Mark Feinsand of MLB.com is saying the White Sox are signing him on a two year deal. No dollars mentioned. Later
  15. His mom is happy he was signed by Houston. Trey feels he’ll have an easier path to the majors in that organization. Later
  16. Looking at that picture makes me want to go to a chiropractor. Articles I’ve read about him say that deceptive delivery helps his not off the chart stuff. But I wonder if it will be an advantage long term. Later
  17. Will Sammon of The Athletic has reported that the Mets have signed Kevin Herget to a minor league deal, The right-hander had a 3.00 ERA in 12 major league innings for the Mets in 2025. Later
  18. We know where. The Mets have claimed catcher Drew Romo off of waivers from the Orioles. To make room for Romo, the Mets DFA’d Brandon Waddell. Later
  19. And I'm guessing that so is Francessa. Later
  20. Don't know much about him, but his numbers look ok. I wonder how many of those home runs were a result of the short fences of YS III? Later
  21. We've been with you through that ordeal. We can't wait to taste the first batch of cookies you bake. Later

  25. I'll add Al Jackson, my favorite all-time Met. He was my iconic Met. In 2021 he was awarded the Mets Lifetime Achievement Award for his 50 years of service to the franchise. Later
