    ] Perhaps the need for another starter isn't quite as great as it's percieved to be? perhaps the run support has been good, and teams that can't pitch rarely go deep into october.

    suprise suprise, Valadius just made a transaction, dropping Ayala (who has been out for the year since before the season started, being the only "example" of a guy getting hurt in the world basebal classic) for Loiaza.

    i was there tonight, i know we didnt get a hit after the first but we didn't need to and its always nice for the game to move quickly with a lead if you are there.

    they can't sell out a playoff game, that in itself is reason to fold up the franchise.

    yeah they were thinking 3 all along and i still think he can be that, he was good at times, and that curveball, when he did get it over with regularity, was amazing.

    if Sanchez or Heilman made comments like that i'd applaud them for their honesty in calling out Willie on bad managing, but Feliciano? hry guess what buddy? you're the least important man on this roster! bullshit spots like that are what you are here for!

    ]Throw in Reyes' speed and Wright's grace under pressure, and this is the best in the big leagues. Grace under pressure = the 9th inning errors he was being derided for earlier in the year, or are we now ready to admit that those were an abberation?

    if you click "managers" you'll see the last date on which every owner "did something" (this definetaly includes making a trade or transaction, it might include changing your lineup though i'm not sure) i checked it a few days ago and everyone but Valadius has done something in the month of June. Val hasn't checked it since before the season started, but i think he's the only one. sorry there is no way to disband teams, not that we'd do it anyway. you are 100% right about everything you said, but how were we to know who wouldn't participate? next year he obviously won't be invited back, i'm not saying we'll start being "transaction police" and kicking out those who rarely do anything, but someone who doesnt look at their team at all during the course of the season is obviously not coming back.
