As mentioned here and on fb, the forum will be changing homes in
the coming weeks. Check here for updates and important news. Feel
free to comment and ask questions here as well.

One item of importance: we will not be moving the Private Messages
content to the new forums. If anyone has anything they want to keep
or save please be sure to copy it somewhere safe because once this
place is close it will be gone for good.

I've had issues too, at work, my laptop thinks this site is a virus host. I can still reach it by accessing it inside a VM but it's a hassle. It'll be nice to have a new clean place, I can't wait to poop in the crawl spaces and whatnot.

Same here. I've had that problem on and off for a while. I just ignore the little messages in the corner now.

Of course, if our corporate mainframe crashes.......

There used to be this feature here -- "Unread Posts" or something like that. It hasn't worked in so long, I can barely remember what it did anymore. But I remember that I liked it. I hope that one's revived, whatever it is and does. And a decent search engine. I'd settle for a half decent search engine given how unbelievably shitty the one that we have is. And all of a sudden the time settings are off by an hour when I'm logged out again. So when you say you're moving the forum at 7AM, does that really mean 6AM? Or 8AM? And maybe the new place'll let youse keep threads active longer without having to bury them in a jar of hermetically sealed mayonnaise 15 feet underground every so often -- way too often. That's all I got for now.
