Ceetar Grand Central Contributor Posted October 27, 2015 Posted October 27, 2015 if you pick fuckface for the other game gtfo out right now.
Benjamin Grimm Old-Timey Member Posted October 27, 2015 Posted October 27, 2015 I voted for Plawecki, because he wears number 22.But if this thing would let me change my vote, I would have switched to deGrom.
HahnSolo Old-Timey Member Posted October 27, 2015 Posted October 27, 2015 Wright. Right? Has to be; the storybook's final chapter written by the Captain.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted October 27, 2015 Posted October 27, 2015 I'd vote Plawecki but the man is keeping him down. And I'm sure not hoping for a d'Arnaud injury.I'd go with Wright because that would be the swellest, but it's hard to ignore how... committed Curtis Granderson has been through this whole post-season, in all facets of his game: stealing bases, stealing homers, switching between get-on-base mode and get-those-baserunners-home mode. He's done everything — except hit a homer, despite proving himself more than capable in that department all season.I vote Grand.
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted October 27, 2015 Posted October 27, 2015 Look, we'd all settle for any of these choices but one of them. But I hafta say, Flores' stroke in the Chicago series looked as good as it had in a long while, so I'm making a small gamble it keeps up. TEAM FLORES.
dgwphotography Old-Timey Member Posted October 27, 2015 Posted October 27, 2015 Cespedes. He's coming into the series injured - the story practically writes itself.
Gwreck Old-Timey Member Posted October 27, 2015 Posted October 27, 2015 Harvey. Dominant pitching performances in Games 1 and 5.
Guest d'Kong76 Guests Posted October 27, 2015 Posted October 27, 2015 Travis, because I just d'Know it!(Wilma is my runner up)
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted October 27, 2015 Posted October 27, 2015 I'm very excited to see this "Urbibe" character.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted October 27, 2015 Posted October 27, 2015 Duda's gonna go on a tear. 7 HRs in 5 games!
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted October 27, 2015 Posted October 27, 2015 Duda the runaway favorite in early going! Muffy getting shut out!!

metsmarathon Old-Timey Member Posted October 27, 2015 Posted October 27, 2015 it'll be either harvey or degrom, both likely 2-win pitchers. i'm picking degrom since somebody already said harvey. also because if it gets to game 6 for degrom to win it, then there likely won't've been an offensive player mashing it up (my money's on duda).
Lefty Specialist Old-Timey Member Posted October 27, 2015 Posted October 27, 2015 Gwreck wrote:Harvey. Dominant pitching performances in Games 1 and 5.This. He's set up for it.
Vic Sage Old-Timey Member Posted October 27, 2015 Posted October 27, 2015 has to be Cuddyer, because CF and I said he sucks.
dinosaur jesus Old-Timey Member Posted October 27, 2015 Posted October 27, 2015 I wanted to pick Duda, but I don't want to put too much pressure on him. He seems to do best when you've kind of forgotten about him. So I went with Travis d'Arnaud, because I really like Travis d'Arnaud. He's going to make everyone forget about Alex Trevino.
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted October 27, 2015 Posted October 27, 2015 19 votes and at least 1 each for the starting 8. That's a team about to win a WS
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted November 2, 2015 Posted November 2, 2015 So, from the Mets PoV, who's our winner?
TransMonk Old-Timey Member Posted November 2, 2015 Posted November 2, 2015 I'd say Granderson or Conforto.
Benjamin Grimm Old-Timey Member Posted November 2, 2015 Posted November 2, 2015 Granderson. Before yesterday's game, I was thinking that (if the Mets had won) the most likely winner would have been Syndergaard, for his performance in Game 3 and (if the Mets had won) his performance in Game 7.
Guest cooby classic Guests Posted November 2, 2015 Posted November 2, 2015 wow who voted for Clippard?
Benjamin Grimm Old-Timey Member Posted November 2, 2015 Posted November 2, 2015 I guess we've learned that fuckface's name is "Salvador Perez"
