I noticed her last year during a Pirates game; this eye popping Midwestern gal. A little research led me to realize she’s a fixture. Hilariously, the Pirates’ on screen game board is upper left so it totally covers her now unless the camera swings for a foul ball. I think it’s a coincidence though because that’s where it always is.
Now she’s finally getting her due; sounds like a nice lady who just happens to be stacked and shows it off.
I have to laugh at the articles absolutely not mentioning that fact though.

What do you mean by “getting her due?”  To what exactly is she due?

Rare is the case that I want to care about individual fans who are interested in making it about themselves.

Gwreck do you have a beef with me?  Why do I have to explain my every post to you?

We have never been a forum that has to explain every nuance of speech

But here:

By getting her due, I mean she’s getting national exposure as a loyal fan that goes to every game, charts every pitch, and cheers her team on, and by the way looks good doing it.
I get no sense that’s she’s doing it for publicity

We have no beef that I’m aware of.  If I make a comment or ask a question it’s because I have something to add or something that I want to understand from what someone else wrote.

I think there’s a publicity aspect because of the nickname, the interviews with the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, selling bobbleheads, and so forth.

Loyal attendance and keeping score are great.  The rest I don’t care for.

Front-Row Amy sat across from me
Scorebook on her lap
Rain or sun or bitter cold
She never give a crap

Eighty-one times every year
Scoring with her pencil
Turning pages, turning heads
Her tank top is so tensile

One time she sneezed and missed a play
And asked me "Hit or error?"
I was so stunned to hear her speak
I froze in holy terror

I quick-reviewed what I just saw
"I think it was a double
But I don't want to steer you wrong
I'd hate to cause you trouble"

"For me, I'm just a Brewer fan
But you, you're Front-Row Amy
And if I leave you misinformed
The whole wide world would blame me"

She smiled and marked the double down
A new light fell upon me
I breathed in me a new world's air
A world I thought beyond me

For few remember what goes down
Each day is soon forgotten
We are but pawns in others' games
And others' games are rotten

The truth resides in but one place
Recorded for all ages
The lap of that big-bosomed gal
Her scorebook's yellowed pages

All my wretched life's cruel pains
My sorrows and my trouble
Blessed with meaning, truth, and hope
When Amy marked that double

lol. The bobbleheads are busty.

I just read she’s 58. Good for her. I’ll tell you. 58 doesn’t look like it used to.

I remember talking about F.R.A. here a couple of years prior to the 2024 series. Somebody noticed her and made mention of it and it was Monk who filled us in on the details of her minor/local celebrity status.

See, now this is the kind of fun stuff that’s been missing around here :)
