With the Mets sitting atop the National League East, they find their brothers from the city where brothers love brothers to be the only rival within punching distance. So it would be a smart move to dodge any punches, and that is just what they hope to do as they send Tylor Megill to the mound.

I feel like the David Stearns Mets are indifferent to 1st place--it made absolutely no difference that the Phillies had such a great regular season last year to get punked by a third place team that didn't get 10 games over 500 till mid-august.

Other wacky Lindor 1st inning stat: 10-for-21 plus a walk, 3 doubles, 3 HRs. Now here's the bad news ... just four 1st inning runs scored.

So he's driven himself in three of the four times (the other was on an Alonso HR) despite being on 1st base 5 times and 2nd base three times, all with no outs.
