HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA KNEW IT. I just knew it.

This guy sucks.

Diaz's season ERA is now a very attractive 5.50.

Timmy needs to put his trumpet away.

Take away 2022 and his ERA with the Mets is now 4.17.

I'm so sick and tired of watching what is supposed to be a star-studded team consistently suck.

These guys aren't all superstars, but many have All-Star quality.

It's year-in and year-out. We had Scherzer AND Verlander last year and finished with a losing record.

Gets old.

Wish I got paid $20 million to suck at my job. The union must be laughing all the way to the bank.

Why would you write that?

The $20 million man is hitting .216 this year.

I can read numbers. That's not what you wrote.

What's so hard to understand? He wrote this:

Nimmo is playing like he signed a $160 million contract last year and now he doesn't have to care anymore.

I think it's obvious to everyone else posting in the thread, and I hope that includes yourself, but listing a statistical indicator of the player's success is not evidence in support of the poster's characterization of the player's effort, which is what the poster criticized.

I don't know why we have to have semantic conversations, indulging a poster who is simply playing stupid as a way to avoid accounting for himself.

It's really, really easy to do better.
