bmfc1 Old-Timey Member Posted June 27, 2021 Posted June 27, 2021 I will be at Monday's game in Washington, section 117.
stevejrogers Old-Timey Member Posted June 28, 2021 Posted June 28, 2021 Maybe what I saw the other day about McF's closing was old news. Looks like it'sopen during baseball season again according to web-site - http://www.mcfaddensballparkny.com/McFadden's Citifield.Doesn't look like the site was updated at all in a long time. Scroll all the way to the bottom, and it links to getting 2019 “Met's” tickets.
A Boy Named Seo Old-Timey Member Posted July 7, 2021 Posted July 7, 2021 We'll be in section 106 that day. If any of yall are in the house and wanna say hi, HMU.
kcmets Old-Timey Member Posted July 26, 2021 Posted July 26, 2021 I forgot about this until this afternoon. I never got a ticket but may still. If Ido on Wednesday I'll PM you my cell coordinates so we can have a pop or two.
A Boy Named Seo Old-Timey Member Posted July 27, 2021 Posted July 27, 2021 That'd be great, KC. I like pops. Lemme know if ya do.
Chad ochoseis Old-Timey Member Posted July 28, 2021 Posted July 28, 2021 I'm on vacation, I'm in Astoria, and I've got a free afternoon tomorrow, so I'm going to join the campers. I haven't bought a ticket yet, but I'll probably be in what I still want to call the Pepsi Porch. And, hey, scrolling back I see that's the day Seo and lady will be there. JG, sending you a text if I still have your number in my phone.
kcmets Old-Timey Member Posted July 28, 2021 Posted July 28, 2021 Got a soda porch ticket. Glad I didn't wait until morning. Between getting logged on to check out and then having to reset password and then downloading an app that will displaymy ticket it took 25 minutes. Progress!!
kcmets Old-Timey Member Posted August 2, 2021 Posted August 2, 2021 Almost forgot, a picture of us three stooges last Thursday...https://thecranepool.net/images/Citi072921a.png>
Fman99 Old-Timey Member Posted August 2, 2021 Posted August 2, 2021 Very nice. Too bad the Metsies could not cooperate with a W that day.
Ceetar Grand Central Contributor Posted August 2, 2021 Posted August 2, 2021 cough cough, whatcha drinking?
kcmets Old-Timey Member Posted August 2, 2021 Posted August 2, 2021 Raspberry wine coolers! Splendidly refreshing...I IPA'd, Dogfish and Hop Valley Something Stash. The HV was better, but lessavailable at the kiosks in our neighborhood.
cal sharpie Old-Timey Member Posted August 2, 2021 Posted August 2, 2021 I was at yesterday's game. The only other game I've been to is the one vs. the Padres where we coughed up the lead with Tatis Jr hitting a grand slam followed by a homer by Machado. I need to change something up before the next time I go.
Fman99 Old-Timey Member Posted August 9, 2021 Posted August 9, 2021 Fboy and I will be at the matinee this Thursday, somewhere on the first base side of the field in the 200 level. If you're going to be there please get in touch with me over whatever method you like best (CPF message, tweet, text etc.) so we can raise plastic cups together in celebration of Metly things.

kcmets Old-Timey Member Posted August 9, 2021 Posted August 9, 2021 I floated the idea of going on Thursday past the boss last night. She was like, "you just said two hours ago they suck." I was like, "yeah, uh..."PointsBet has the odds at 50/50 according to multiple sources. Must be in NJ to play.

TransMonk Old-Timey Member Posted September 23, 2021 Posted September 23, 2021 Headed to Milwaukee on Friday and Saturday. It look like I'll have a pretty good chance of seeing the Brewers clinch the NL Central.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted September 23, 2021 Posted September 23, 2021 Hell, we've brought the BoSox, Cards, Phils, Giants, and Dodgers (but not the Yanx) closer to securing spots recently. It was only a matter of time until we'd get around to officially putting one over the top.

TransMonk Old-Timey Member Posted September 23, 2021 Posted September 23, 2021 I got the tickets in the spring thinking these could be meaningful games for both teams...with the plan that I would go even if they weren't. I still enjoy going to the park and wearing orange and blue.Plus, these Milwaukee games have become somewhat of an annual pilgrimage for a group of my friends and I to attend a game together. We didn't get to go last season and since they're Brewers fans, I'd be alright with them seeing some history.
