    From Yahoo sports: A 22-year-old fan was ejected and admitted that he was the one who directed the comments towards Marte, according to ESPN's Jesse Rogers. The fan was "very apologetic and remorseful," per Rogers, and has since been banned indefinitely from all MLB games. Later These lifetime bands are not actually enforced by anyone, of course. I mean, the guy's buddy can buy him a ticket and he can just go in and sit in the upper deck somewhere. It's not like you have to present ID to get into the ballpark. So they're stupid is what I'm saying.
