    During the opening series, the Braves announcers were complaining about how many cheap hits the Phil's were getting. And so it continues.

    btw, if they want to shorten games, that mound visit from the PC is exactly the unnecessary waste of time that we can do without. Limit mound visits to two or three per game and that minute or so of non-action doesn't happen.

    In some ways you can write it off to the indestructible arrogance of athletic youth. But these guys still have parents, and many likely young enough to have grandparents.

    I'm wary of the Braves more so than the Phils, so a 3-0 sweep this way is better than the reverse in my mind. Braves scored 3 runs in three games: a 2R HR by Panda on Thursday and a Solo by d'Arnaud today.

    Suxx when the nurtured six-month long IGT winds up going to waste ... but whatyagonnado? 7:05 first pitch Monday night at Citizens Arrest Ballpark Phils starting roster has looked like this though two games 1B - Rhys Hoskins 2B - Jean Segura SS - Didi Gregorius 3B - Matt Bohm LF - Andrew McCutcheon CF - Roman Quinn RF - Bryce Harper C - JT Realmuto We'll probably face starters Matt Moore and Chase Anderson in some order or another before seeing Aaron Nola in the series finale. Both Moore and Anderson are new to the Phils. The lefty Moore, 31, has been with TB, SF, TEX, DET since his 2011 debut. Anderson, ® 33, has toiled for ARZ, MIL, TOR since 2014. We'll miss (but not really) both Wheeler and Zack Eflin who goes for the sweep of Atlanta today. The Phils bullpen is totally revamped with only 'DC' (designated closer) Hector Neris returning from last year's historically (and hysterically) inept crew.
