    The 2025 Mets had an incredible knack for ruining vacations. We were away when the Mets were swept out of Pittsburgh. We had a great time in Seattle except the Mets were getting swept by the Brewers. The Mets didn’t get swept when we went to St Louis for my nephews birthday, but the only time they beat the Reds was after we returned to NY on Sunday. Labor Day weekend was great by comparison. The Mets beat Miami on Saturday, but lost 3 of 4 overall. I regret to inform all of you that we are away this weekend.
