  1. Pitchers prolly not on this list but David Cone
  2. My name is Darryl-- but you can call me D. Hit it Run!
  3. Probably all post-expanded-Wild card guys but I'll guess Rickey
  4. I guess the right answer was Ewing.
  5. Yeah I was going to write about that as one of many things that was wrong about this movie. I will say the blackface bit was probably the best musical performance of the show and it was right at the beginning. Beyond that the movie never developed any momentum even tracing a trip to "stardom." There were lots of difficult to believe parts such as how a 30-piece orchestra is assembled and rehearsed in time to accompany a guy making a last minute appearance, where his stage clothes came from, why he's obviously too old to be playing this part etc. It was fun to drop in on 1980 again.
  6. That was the same year that roohlkie gm should have signed Vlad Guerrero and not Karim Garcia. Plus Shane Spencer
  7. Our 1980 film-fest continued when this one autoplyed after the Jazz Singer. Superman goes 88 miles per hour for a hot dead actress, hijinx ensue.
  8. Musical and religious highjinks await when a Cantor follows his dream of becoming what he thinks is a rocker.
  9. Endy Chavez was a Ranger
  10. I don't get 63% Zeile. Converted catcher? Played for 7 teams, not 11? Kinda gay?
  11. Rick Reed the all-star with postseason accomplishment?
