  1. Fucking fuck that I never check this forum, keep me in mind next year
  2. Great work guys! Ceetar, I checked out the album and this one is on my maybe list, hard to tell the resolution and stuff posting from Kindle
  3. One more call for anyone who might have a great shot. I found on google search results that is almost what i want... better lighting and a few years earlier (ie without citifield in the background) would be great
  4. First extra innings grand slam since the grand single?
  5. How many Met pitchers let themselves get distracted and rocked after the botched double play, but Harvey didn't even have the "mad at my teammates" facial expressions, he just bore down and got the job done.
  6. I love watching Harvey pitch
  7. When do the MVP chants start.
  8. Mike Piazza reincarnated! Get used to Vegas, Travis
  9. John Buck doesn't want you to worry about when some kid's arbitration clock starts.
  10. What the heck?????
  11. Atchison looked fine, but THE MIGHTY Greg Dobbs is up, so bring in the lefty! Overmanaging...

  14. I cracked up. Predictable that the team apologized, I'm glad nothing bad seems to have happened to the mascot, likely some teenager who didn't realize the sign a fan had handed him was "offensive"
  15. seawolf17 wrote: Second one. Too much sky in the first. That is why I am conflicted on the first one, on the one hand it is the view I was most accustomed to as I usually sat in the upper deck behind home plate... but too much sky/light was my biggest problem with it, I wish it had been taken at night.
  16. One (and only one due to space concerns) of these will soon adorn my walls, but I can't decide which I like better. With either, I'd be selecting the "canvas art" option to match a Jets piece that I bought at Target (they have a nice Citi Field one there too for anyone interested, but screw Citi Field, I'm definitely going with good old Shea Stadium.) 17. I can't believe it took ten posts to get a Braden Looper joke in here.
  18. Why is the spoiler alert for my benefit? I'm a Marvel guy, I might see this when it gets to cable
  19. Great game! I'm off to Dictionary.com to look up the word sartorial. As long as you are there, could you please look up "undefeated juggernaut" and "winless trainwreck" for me? Here are pictures if you need assistance: This is the best I've felt about baseball in awhile. Get it done tomorrow Gee!!!-----

  21. 3rd (behind WAS, ATL, ahead of MIA, PHI) 71-91 no no
  22. smg58 wrote: I'll be the optimist here: 200 IP, 17-10, 3.00 ERA, 220 Ks. The team MVP. You won't out-optimist me! 205 innings, 15-11 (hey, the team will still suck), 2.80 ERA, 215K's
  23. interesting that BP has Fullmer, a guy I've never even heard of, 98th overall while having Nimmo as the Mets' 9th best prospect while Law has Nimmo 4th and barely missing his top 100 and doest even mention Fullmer.
  24. Carlos Zambrano interests me a bit, but he likely thinks too much of himself to come to our camp without a gauranteed spot and i dont think he'd be one of our five best starters
  25. I think there is already a prospect thread but having trouble finding it on blackberry, so someone can mergee this if they'd like. Law's list came out today (he ranked the Mets system 14th yesterday and thursday is the top ten for each NL team). There were 3 Mets (Wheeler 14, d'Arnaud 15, Syndergaard 97) plus Brandon Nimmo made his "10 guys who just missed the top 100 list." No team got shut out of the top 100 (Philly came closest as they had one guy and he was pretty low on the list, fuck philly!) Though the Mets might have if not for the beltran and dickey trades (or maybe his bosses at ESPN demand he throws each fanbase a bone and Nimmo moves magically up)
