Lefty Specialist Old-Timey Member Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 Well, KC has better team speed, far better defense, better hitting, a lockdown bullpen for the last three innings, and the experience of having been in the World Series just last year. But they don't have Daniel Murphy. Mets in 5.
Guest d'Kong76 Guests Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 Run the table, four-game sweep.
Ceetar Grand Central Contributor Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 Mets in 5. I have tickets to that one
Guest themetfairy Guests Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 Mets in 6.They clinched and won every post-season series on the road so far - why should this series be different?
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 I normally want a long World Series, just cause that's extra baseball. But not this time. Just looking at that poll makes me nervous when I see game 6 & game 7.Just take it. Mets in 4. 5 is acceptable. Any more than that I'm gonna be a wreck.

Guest d'Kong76 Guests Posted October 26, 2015 Posted October 26, 2015 No, no, no!! Win Game One, rinse and repeat. No giving starts awayfor losses!?! Really?
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted October 26, 2015 Posted October 26, 2015 Yeah, if Seawolf wants to give away wins, he can root for whatever team Tom Koehler is pitching for. Sheesh.
Fman99 Old-Timey Member Posted October 26, 2015 Posted October 26, 2015 Mets in 4. I'd guess 3 if that was a choice. They rule.
Elster88 Old-Timey Member Posted October 26, 2015 Posted October 26, 2015 Mets in 5. The American League sucked this year
seawolf17 Old-Timey Member Posted October 27, 2015 Posted October 27, 2015 Hey, unless he signs with us the next few seasons, TK ain't going to the World Series any time soon.
Benjamin Grimm Old-Timey Member Posted October 27, 2015 Posted October 27, 2015 When Tom Koehler signs his contract, he has to mark it with an X.

seawolf17 Old-Timey Member Posted October 27, 2015 Posted October 27, 2015 And for what it's worth, my thought process is the same as it was in the NLCS. Once we won the first three, I had zero concerns about the rest of the series. So let's win the first three -- or, obviously better, four -- and see where the chips fall.

Edgy MD Site Manager Posted October 27, 2015 Posted October 27, 2015 Well, my prediction of Mets in two in serious danger.
