Oh, what a heads up play.
Damn.

Looked like there was an invisible water tank between 3rd and home for Blanco to run through.

But they can't pull it off twice!
A run comes across.

DWright walks to load them up for Ike, who can get enough Schaefer here to open a party store.

8 innings, the last 13 retired without incident. I'm gaga for Dickey, too.

Rather abbreviated IGT for what turned out was a nice Mets win.

Far too much of the YLDB, GaGa in this thread.

How was Seinfeld in the booth?[/quote:mpcxyzpu]

Was very enjoyable, tho not as funny as I was expecting.
He wanted to talk baseball and did his brand of play by play, very enjoyable.
He didn't really wanna talk that much about Seinfeld tho he did give the KH ep quite a bit of time (clips were shown as leadins after breaks).

On the whole, not hilarious but totally enjoyable with some real nice laughs.

TMF, DGW and I also failed to play cards.[/quote:2iz0kjgy]

But we had a good time nonetheless!

Best part was definitely when he was making fun of Keith for napping in the booth.

"If a guy's got his head on the desk, then you know he's giving you every last nickel." I wished they had cut to a shot of the booth, because I can't decide whether Keith would have been laughing or fuming.

I liked Jerry's (Seinfeld, not Manuel) point about the monotony of commercials during baseball telecasts. "Can we get a few more sponsors?" It's been like that for as long as I can remember. The same three or four damn commercials, again and again and again.

Giuseppe Franco. Derek Jeter's Edge. I remember years ago, my sister and I both were able to recite along with the Garcia y Vega cigar commercials because we saw them again and again.

At least the bands playing Foxwoods are changing.

Who's going to see Weezer?
