I think Tatis should BREAK his record, preferably at Yankee Stadium in the 1st inning against Andy Pettite and a few relievers. I'd love to see that place completely devoid of Yankees fans during an interleague game.

Hell, the place is devoid of Yankee fans in the lower levels during regular games, based on what I've seen on Sportscenter.

6-5 Mets.

Niese is out of the game and shufflin' off to Buffalo. Stokes coming in and they are getting a locker ready for Tim Redding.

Castro begs, "Play Santos more!"

How many GIDP do we have this series?

Castro, however, with that DP says "You know, that Santos guy is pretty good."

FWIW, Church is kind of earning that #8 slot right now.

So, I'm guessing it's Bobby, the Putz, and the Rod?

I like Bobby. And with our new pen, I'm reasonably certain this one-run lead will hold up.

Never mind.

Nope.

But I like that they're sticking with Parnell here anyhow.

Not the Bull, his pulled pork sandwiches.

But after that disaster, I'll keep such pronouncements to myself.

I was going to switch out the "Begging for forgiveness" avatar, but it looks like I'm gonna need it for a while longer...

Looking at the mug shots of the Braves on the ESPN webcast. They have to be the ugliest mother fuckers I've ever seen assembled on one team.

Good thing he tried that there, because there's no way he's scoring from first WITH A GUY WHO HITS AN XBH EVERY OTHER TIME UP AT THE PLATE.

Fucktastic.
