Centerfield Old-Timey Member Posted May 13, 2009 Posted May 13, 2009 This one hurts. Lots of time to kill before tomorrow night.
Guest holychicken Guests Posted May 13, 2009 Posted May 13, 2009 I am REALLY getting sick of this BS from Reyes. Sloppy play in the field and boneheaded baserunning blunders. He needs to be smacked into shape.
soupcan Old-Timey Member Posted May 14, 2009 Posted May 14, 2009 They could easily have been swept in this series. Be happy that they weren't, that they went 6-2 on the homestand and go on the road alone in first place. 10 days ago we'd have all been incredibly happy with that.

The loss was softened by the fact that everyone else in the division lost AND we are still in first place.
Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted May 14, 2009 Posted May 14, 2009 Extra inning losses don't hurt more than other losses to me. It's some (not all) of the management choices that frustrate me more than the result.
