Guest abogdan Guests Posted March 2, 2007 Posted March 2, 2007 Edit: I'm an idiot and forgot to put something in about Pedro. How could I forget Pedro? No one has posted this yet, and with only 30 days to go before opening day, time's running out. Post your predictions before the first pitch on opening day. In the event of a tie, the winner will be the earliest predictions (determined by the date/time the post was last edited). Team LeadersName the Met who will lead the team in each category. Only stats earned while a member of the Mets count. Minimum: 150 PA, 50 IP as a Met needed for rate categories (BA, ERA, etc.). One point for each correct prediction. Must be a specific player, not "someone who will be acquired during the season.1) Games 2) Hits 3) Doubles 4) Triples 5) Home runs 6) RBI 7) Stolen Bases 8) Caught stealing 9) Runs scored 10) Batting average 11) On base percentage 12) Slugging percentage13) OPS14) Strikeouts (most by a batter) 15) Walks (most by a batter)16) Wins 17) Losses 18) Strikeouts 19) Walks 20) ERA (low) 21) ERA (high) 22) Saves 23) BAA (low) 24) BAA (high) 25) Games started 26) Games pitched 27) Innings PitchedPlayer-Specific PredictionsPredict the player's specific stats in the category selected. DocTee Old-Timey Member Posted March 2, 2007 Posted March 2, 2007 Am I the only one to think the Mets will not win 90 games this year??I see closer to .500 and a second (or third) place finish. This rotation does not impress me, I think Wright's second half slump may be more than that, and a team with Franco, Easley and Alou looks like a geriatric unit to me. And I second JD's worry about our catching situation. The sky is falling! The sky is falling!
