Guest Johnny Dickshot Guests Posted September 6, 2006 Posted September 6, 2006 Give it up for Pedro Feliciano and his 1 point eighty freakin two ERA.
Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted September 6, 2006 Posted September 6, 2006 Tyler Yates is still working with the same MLB.com mug shot that he opened 2005 with.
seawolf17 Old-Timey Member Posted September 6, 2006 Posted September 6, 2006 I was just going to post the same thing; he's stilll pictured in the black Mets hat.

Guest Johnny Dickshot Guests Posted September 6, 2006 Posted September 6, 2006 He disdains the mustaches-are-hot fashion and instead relies on the strategically placed triangular beardspot, which distracts hitters.
Guest OlerudOwned Guests Posted September 6, 2006 Posted September 6, 2006 The quickly-turned-around Mota will get a chance to set up Wagner here.
Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted September 6, 2006 Posted September 6, 2006 The thing about Pedro, Paulie, is that you look at that tiny ERA and think, "Yeah, but he joined the team late and they've picked his spots."But he's thrown 53.1 innings. That's 84% of the workload Billy Wagner has gotten. Though he doesn't get the high-leverage spots that Wagner has, that's awesome.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted September 6, 2006 Posted September 6, 2006 Willie opts to go with a pitcher with more facial hair in the 8th, and Mota gets the call.
seawolf17 Old-Timey Member Posted September 6, 2006 Posted September 6, 2006 And Mota is still shown in an Indians cap. Does no one in major league baseball own a digital camera?
Guest OlerudOwned Guests Posted September 6, 2006 Posted September 6, 2006 If it's really true that Mota's entire problem was standing on the wrong side of the rubber, the Cleveland pitching coach must be pretty embarassed.
Centerfield Old-Timey Member Posted September 6, 2006 Posted September 6, 2006 I think Pedro's ERA can be attributed, at least partly, to Bradford's propensity to strand the runners Pedro leaves on base.
Guest OlerudOwned Guests Posted September 6, 2006 Posted September 6, 2006 Aaaaand off comes Green's hat!
