Willets Point Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2006 Posted May 10, 2006 Trade him for a bucket of balls!
Guest GYC Guests Posted May 10, 2006 Posted May 10, 2006 Ithink David Bell needs his diaper changed, or something.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2006 Posted May 10, 2006 Glavine has thrown alot of pitches tonight (68 thru 4)...its almost a blessing cuz he wasnt gonna go 9.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2006 Posted May 10, 2006 ="Yancy Street Gang"]Saves us some suspense. Now I can watch Lost without wondering about the no-hitter. Just as I was putting it in TiVo, too. I guess I'll tune in after Lost and see if the Phillies have tied the score.Dont even THINK that.Glavine with his 2nd hit of the night.
Willets Point Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2006 Posted May 10, 2006 Convert him from pitcher to batter!

Ever.I saw him smile once when he got hit by a pitch.....it could have been a grimace.Fultz may as well throw the resin bag along with the ball.Ive never seen so much powder come off a pitchers toss like that.

Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2006 Posted May 10, 2006 My greedy half thinks that we should have "saved" this offensive onslaught for one of the other pitchers coming up over the next few days who may actually need it.But my sane half realizes how stupid that is.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2006 Posted May 10, 2006 Beltran doubles in 2.Mets get those 2 right back.Gotta love it.I think all the Phils are on resin.

Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2006 Posted May 10, 2006 ="ScarletKnight41"]David Bell never smiles. Ever.If you blow this pic up and rotate it using 3-D computer enhancements I do believe he's smiling here.
nymr83 Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2006 Posted May 10, 2006 this is my kind of game, i'll be back for the recap
Guest ScarletKnight41 Guests Posted May 10, 2006 Posted May 10, 2006 He doesn't smile. Do you remember when he and Bowa signed their big money contracts a few years ago? They had a joint press conference a day or two later. Bowa was all smiles, and Bell looked like he was attending a funeral. If you don't smile under those circumstances, you just don't smile.
stevejrogers Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2006 Posted May 10, 2006 Heh, ARod with a HR to put the Skanks ahead, but yeah he's not clutch!

nymr83 Old-Timey Member Posted May 10, 2006 Posted May 10, 2006 woah. are we supposed to tag up with a 9 run lead? i smell a HBP coming today or tommorow.
