I don't think it's fair to blame that strategic decision on Glavine. The walks were called for from the dugout. I do think it's strange that Glavine gets ANY points at all.

if Tom Glavine isn't allowed to make that decision for himself (who he wants to pitch to) then there is something fundamentally wrong with the way the Mets are being run. This isn't some rookie or even a young guy, this is the 2nd or 3rd active wins leader,
