The reason I started this thread was to discuss the Mets' roster spots in more detail, particularly the bench and bullpen, rather than a general list of everybody we have. What does every team seem to need?

On the bench:

Backup Catcher
Fourth Outfielder
Reserve Middle Infielder
Reserve Infielder/Outfielder
Power Off The Bench
Speed Off The Bench

And the bullpen:

Closer
Setup Man
Middle Reliever
Long Reliever
Lefty-Killer
One Out Specialist
