I recall that Jeff Kent’s rookie year of 1992 was partly with Toronto and then completed with the Mets. I bet he had 80+ hits for the total season (but not all of them with the Mets).

So, I'm thinking that there's more to projection than the obvious. So I thought it may be a player who had a cuppa', was out for a year or two with injury , but still would be a rookie if he were to be activated. And I STILL CAN'T think of anyone, dangit! Later
