Edgy MD Site Manager Posted May 20, 2023 Posted May 20, 2023 I prepared a big Mets kwiz, confirmed my data, and laid it out, but I would be stepping away from my screen too frequently today to be able to properly score it, what with the comings, not to mention the goings. Sunday, too, for that matter, so prepare yourselves for a big ol' kwiz on Monday starting some time shortly after breakfast. The subject is power.[fimg=440]https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/Q8cAAOSw0BJgM~KJ/s-l1600.jpg[/fimg]
metirish Old-Timey Member Posted May 20, 2023 Posted May 20, 2023 Looking forward to it Curious what the questions will be
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted May 22, 2023 Author Posted May 22, 2023 The name of this quiz is MET POWER ROI!We're looking for the Mets who got the least RBIs and the most RBIs out their homerun output in a single season. So, some guy may have hit 10 homers but only driven in 21 runs, while another may have hit 10 while driving in 99. We're looking for those guys. Each answer should have three components: PLAYER, RBIs, and YEAR. Plus, tell me the homerun total you are answering and whether you're going for most or least. So you would answer, "For eight homeruns, Joey Sodexho had the least RBI, driving in only 13 in 1966.You get five points for each correct element (meaning one answer can net you 15 points), and lose one point for each incorrect element. As we proceed, we will presumably have answers filled in that are partially correct, so we will need partial answers to complete them.Hours of fun is in store. Please, only one answer (with up to three elements — PLAYER, RBIs, and YEAR) per post, no consecutive posting, and no looking for answers on the internet. We are committed to fair play. Also, the incomplete year of 2023 does not count.Good luck! Feel free to jump on some of the gimmes while your fellow posters are off looking at porn.[th]HR[/th][th]Player with Fewest RBI[/th][th]Year[/th][th]RBI[/th][th]Incorrect Answers[/th][th]Player with Most RBI[/th][th]Year[/th][th]RBI[/th][th]Incorrect Answers[/th]0929 Players Tied with 0NANANA______________________116 Players Tied with 1NANANA______________________2____________________________________________3____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________4____________________________________________5____________________________________________6____________________________________________7____________________________________________8____________________________________________9____________________________________________10____________________________________________11____________________________________________12____________________________________________13____________________________________________14____________________________________________15____________________________________________16____________________________________________17____________________________________________18____________________________________________19____________________________________________20____________________________________________21____________________________________________22____________________________________________23____________________________________________24____________________________________________25____________________________________________26____________________________________________27____________________________________________28____________________________________________29____________________________________________30____________________________________________31____________________________________________32____________________________________________33____________________________________________34____________________________________________35NO ANSWERNANO ANSWERNA36____________________________________________37____________________________________________38____________________________________________39____________________________________________40____________________________________________41____________________________________________42NO ANSWERNANANANO ANSWERNANANA43NO ANSWERNANANANO ANSWERNANANA44NO ANSWERNANANANO ANSWERNANANA45NO ANSWERNANANANO ANSWERNANANA46NO ANSWERNANANANO ANSWERNANANA47NO ANSWERNANANANO ANSWERNANANA48NO ANSWERNANANANO ANSWERNANANA49NO ANSWERNANANANO ANSWERNANANA50NO ANSWERNANANANO ANSWERNANANA51NO ANSWERNANANANO ANSWERNANANA52NO ANSWERNANANANO ANSWERNANANA53____________________________________________
