Johnny Lunchbucket Old-Timey Member Posted July 24, 2022 Posted July 24, 2022 Like, not for nothing, but VoGo so far tonight is like, 3+ weeks of recent-vintage Dom Smith
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted July 24, 2022 Posted July 24, 2022 Eduardo needs to drop this argument he's making about Kim (SDP SS) not going to 2nd. He's convincing no one.And now the bloop pits another nail in that coffin.

Edgy MD Site Manager Posted July 24, 2022 Posted July 24, 2022 Also, Vogelbabe really makes me look stoopit by scoring from second on a bloop over third.

But not as slow as you think, and so, in that sense he's... fast.He also reached not only reached base twice in his 1st 3 appearances but reached 3rd base twice in 3 appearances+ even with an ugly slide, he slid in home and was safe
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted July 24, 2022 Posted July 24, 2022 That's the third SDP hit tonight not to go past the mound.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted July 24, 2022 Posted July 24, 2022 Big hitter here (Machado) for Lew Gogh* after having every borderline call go against him on that BB... and he gets the FC grounder!* Vincent's brother

Edgy MD Site Manager Posted July 24, 2022 Posted July 24, 2022 I wouldn't be surprised if Goldschmidt kind of sets himself back by deciding to take the Toronto series off.Baseball humbles all.
Fman99 Old-Timey Member Posted July 24, 2022 Posted July 24, 2022 Back to back K's again with 2nd/3rd and no one out.

Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted July 24, 2022 Posted July 24, 2022 Other than the fact that it's taken three hours to play 7 innings ... I'm starting to like this game.

Gwreck Old-Timey Member Posted July 24, 2022 Posted July 24, 2022 Also: David Cone is a moron.-Implying that it was ok for Clemens to hit Piazza-Explicitly saying that “You have to be a lot more careful around the head today, for obvious reasons.”As if throwing at the head 20 years ago was somehow ok.
