Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted June 6, 2018 Posted June 6, 2018 Presumably by getting ABs in the minors he is, actually.I'm blaming it all on Conforto. Man does he suck balls this year

You missed the salient point: Rosario is still learning on the job while Acuna and G. Torres are instant stars (even Soto on WSH has been more impressive) and Smith is not a major leaguer at the moment (and there is no indication that he will be any time soon). I wish that I had your optimism. Edited June 6, 2018 by Guest
bmfc1 Old-Timey Member Posted June 6, 2018 Posted June 6, 2018 The good news is that Wheeler was impressive and Bruce reached the warning track.

bmfc1 Old-Timey Member Posted June 6, 2018 Posted June 6, 2018 I really tried to let it go and edited my comments, including the one with bad words, because we're all upset about our team but I will say, and only because of what you said, that what today's game was to us, you are to the CPF.

G-Fafif Old-Timey Member Posted June 6, 2018 Posted June 6, 2018 They didn't look any better at the scene of the crime. Bruce did give us the briefest of breath-holding nanoseconds in the ninth, but obviously to no avail. Kids on hand for Weather Education Day didn't seem to mind.At least Reyes didn't get picked off.
MFS62 Old-Timey Member Posted June 7, 2018 Author Posted June 7, 2018 Guess my IGT-ing didn't work out to well, eh?It will now go on hiatus.Thank you for your applause.(Trying to find some humor in this very suckable slide)Later
Fman99 Old-Timey Member Posted June 7, 2018 Posted June 7, 2018 Listened on XM at work. Usually my success in streaming the games on XM at work is mixed. I kind of wished I had had less success pulling in today's broadcast.
