Unfortunate play in the field and uninspiring day at the plate for most of the Mets today. We managed to have a good time, hanging with LWFS and metfairy (+mk) as well as a drive-by beering courtesy of the inimitable Steve J. Rogers.

Hmmmm, the MFYs also have a matinee tomorrow, theirs is a 1:10 start. I'm wondering if I'm better off taking route 80 across NJ to Citi Field and avoiding the Deegan tomorrow, which would be my usual way into the city. I would be coming in early, like 11:30-ish, maybe I'd be ahead of much of the MFY traffic. Any advice from the locals?
