    I'm watching on the Orioles station. Chris Davis said that he was "really surprised" at how nice Citi Field is which was "surprising" because it's close to Yankee Stadium and he finds this "ironic." Thorne did not ask how the two differ or what exactly is "ironic." Ex-Met Mike Bordick is doing color tonight on MASN. He told us that "Newenhouse" is in center.

    Tell me why Shorty didn't PH Turner for Thole? Because Thole had 2 hits in the game? He can't hit lefties.

    You're right FK--the OF has to call off the IF on that play. BTW, are the Mets going to appeal the scoring decision on the ball that fell out of Torres' glove?

    The Reds have called up Willie Harris to replace the injured Drew Stubbs. Can the Mets get a tribute video together in time?

    Are you in the 21% of the country that will be able to see the Mets host the Reds on Saturday night? http://www.the506.com/mlbmaps/ I'm not so I will not hear FOX's announcers, Thom Brennaman and Sean Casey. That's right, FOX has the Reds play-by-play announcer and an ex-Red calling the game.
