  1. agreed, fans can say what ever the hell they want but this goes way over the line.
  2. It didn't ruin the movies but I didn't like it. Daredevil was ruined by the casting, Kingpin is supposed to be a big fat white guy, i know you gotta be PC and put a token black character or two in every movie but it shouldn't have been him. create a character if you have to.
  3. i think FOUR is the golden sombrero, 5 is platinum. it doesnt matter what you do in your non-K ABs, you still have the sombrero.
  4. Perez 3.5 Beltran 2.5 Reyes 1.5 Castro 1 Easley 1 Alou .5
  5. I hated how they did Iceman (there are plenty of X-men and you ruined it already my making him a kid instead of the same approximate age as Cyclops, Jean Grey, and The Beast) they should have just used another character (Gambit?) if their special effects people couldn't handle iceman correctly.
  6. Green 2.5 Alou 2 Beltran 2 Reyes .5 Chavez .5 Schoenweis 1 Smith 1 Burgos .5
  7. Joe Smith with a HUGE strikeout of Andruw with the bases loadeda nd 2 outs.
  8. Easley homers, the met bench is tired of the disrespect!
  9. OHernandez 4 Beltran 1.5 Castro 1.5 Alou 1.5 Green 1 Delgado .5

I think i would have only given him 5 at most even if he didn't allow those runs...with a 4-0 lead before you even take the mound and more runs coming fast its just hard to give you too much great outing by hernandez, i capped him at 4 for the same reason i did to Maine last night, a 6-spot in the 3rd makes pitching easy
  12. i'll be there tommorow with a few friends, feel free to come by and pour beer on the yankee fan (i'll even replace the beer if it was full and you get all of it on him.)
  13. Beltran!
  14. Castro touches them all! he smacked it off the Marlin's WS banner, if it was the 2003 banner then he was on that team!
  15. Green smacks a big hit to the opposite field, 5-2 Mets right now
  16. I'd obviously still prefer the Yankees lose, but its hard not to root for Arod when all the Yankee fans hate him.
  17. metirish- instead of Agbayani's 2000 I'd try (within your time frame) Henderson's 1999 or Cedeno's 1999.
  18. I don't think noodle-arm Green gets much credit for it, but I'd think his range is at least average, outfielders seem to get judged on 2 things though: how cannon-like their arm is and how many times they dive and make a catch (whether the dive was really necessary or not- hi edmonds!)
  19. how many more jeter errors before AROD successfully talks Torre into getting his position back?
  20. Maine 4.5 Beltran 2 Reyes 1.5 Delgado 1 Wright .5 Alou .5

  22. ="Kid Carsey"]TM: >>>It was great to see one of our starting pitchers lead off the seventh inning<<<Not to mention bat in the top of the first too. yeah, i'd like to sign up for our starting pitcher batting in the 1st and 7th innings of every game, we'd probably be something like 140-22 on the year. i was at a Fridays watching it there, as usual the Mets broadcasters started circling the "0" on the scoreboard and dumb stuff like that way too early.
  23. http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/news/story?id=2841584 Manuel flips out on a philly sports radio guy, challenges him to a fight, Its not even May 1st and the Phillies are looking like they want to implode already.
  24. Gwreck wrote: Bump, although this could go to the predictions archive too. probably a much better home for it
