Also, the German guy is the hardest to get on this quiz. I'd be blown away if anyone guesses him.

Seriously? Harder than the Polish guy?

Yes, because I feel like the Polish guy has some name recognition. Like the kind of guy who sounds like you'd name a cartoon bar after.

PR Pitcher: Tony Armas Jr.

Nope.

The PR pitcher is probably best known as being a mainstay of my fantasy baseball team until he was traded to the Yankees, where I sold him for pennies on the dollar. He was an All-Star with the MFYS -- oddly, the only ASG of his career -- and then a postseason disaster, after which he was traded to Arizona. Started at least 32 games in 12 of his 14 seasons, and in the other two, he made 26 starts.

Final round of hints:

GERMANY: Most career HR (78) (1989-1999) - He was the 13th player to hit grand slams in consecutive games, which he did on May 16 and 17 of 1993 with the Mariners, and equaled an American League record by committing four errors in one game at third base with the Yankees in 1990.

COLOMBIA: 2nd in W (46), 1st in Ks (781) (2012-present) - 0-1 in one start against the Mets in his career, thanks to a Neil Walker HR. Currently heavily involved as a trading chip for his current team, who's in hardcore rebuilding mode. 2016 All-Star.

I'll throw something together tonight that's more of a challenge.

I guess that's why Bobby Thompson is the UK winner. IIRC, he was from Scotland.
