A light warmup for Noah Syndergaard, and then the Mets and the 2016 regular season bid farewell to each other.

Anyone guessing the 10/2 lineup?
Should be interesting for a few reasons:
Duda or Loney? (or Campbell?)
Does Legares play center?
Which pitchers go how long after Noah? (tune up VS tryout for the post season roster)

I'm a-guessing a vet-free lineup, full of Vegas regulars.

    [*:3bj00ajk]Nimmo, cf[/*:m:3bj00ajk]
    [*:3bj00ajk]Cecchini, ss[/*:m:3bj00ajk]
    [*:3bj00ajk]Rivera, 3b[/*:m:3bj00ajk]
    [*:3bj00ajk]Conforto, lf[/*:m:3bj00ajk]
    [*:3bj00ajk]Campbell, 1b[/*:m:3bj00ajk]
    [*:3bj00ajk]Kelly, rf[/*:m:3bj00ajk]
    [*:3bj00ajk]Plawecki, c[/*:m:3bj00ajk]
    [*:3bj00ajk]Reynolds, 2b[/*:m:3bj00ajk]
    [*:3bj00ajk]Ynoa, sp[/*:m:3bj00ajk][/list:o:3bj00ajk]

I however wouldn't mind them using the lineup to get a few swings for Lagares or even trying to run Flores out there, if that's feasible.

Ranked by CPF experts as the top song of 1981! (is that thread still around?)

That looks about right! And one placed in a tee for Ryan Howard.

I was surprised that Howard "only" has 382 home runs. And I think about 380 of them came against the Mets.

Really? Yes, I suppose it would be foolhardy to not risk an injury to Cabrera's knees in a meaningless game.

Top three in the lineup requested a couple of at-bats to stay in the groove.

Your fancy fourth-place Philadelphia Phillies, for the last time this year:

Hernandez 2B
Paredes LF
Herrera CF
Franco 3B
Howard 1B
Rupp C
Blanco SS
Altherr RF
Eickhoff P

Mets are wearing their blue road tops, which have been a rare sight this season.

Got to remember that he wasn't a full-time player until age 26 (had 24 HRs prior to turning 26) as the Phils had him waiting around for Jim Thome to grow old.
Only 48 vs the Mets, 2nd most off any team. Braves = 52

Howard got a lot of homers off the Mets, but not a lot off the Mets' bullpen, as he had to face Feliciano.

Herrera should have caught that ball, but he didn't and the Mets lead.

I read earlier that the Mets have not won even a single game this season while donning the blue jerseys. Can anyone confirm this?

Some nice New York little league action allows the Phils to tie the game.
2-2 Mets

Howard gets a rousing ovation after he pops out, more than likely his last at bat for the Phils.

4-2 Not the Mets

Jim Henderson -- the kind of pitcher you use when you don't necessarily care if you win.
