Chad ochoseis Old-Timey Member Posted May 31, 2016 Posted May 31, 2016 I'm following along on gameday. Syndergaard out of the bullpen?
Guest d'Kong76 Guests Posted May 31, 2016 Posted May 31, 2016 Not a fan of that Noah thing, but what do I know...

Chad ochoseis Old-Timey Member Posted May 31, 2016 Posted May 31, 2016 Oh, I recall. But I've lost track of how many days until his next one.
Lefty Specialist Old-Timey Member Posted May 31, 2016 Posted May 31, 2016 Thor was electric. Fun to watch. That change to strike out Frazier was hellish.Ugh, Robles. Guess you can't pitch Reed in the 8th every night.

Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted May 31, 2016 Posted May 31, 2016 I hope Robles protects this lead just like Nawmin Seabrook and the Correctional Officers Benevolent Association protects the toughest precincts in New Yawk. THE JAILS.
Lefty Specialist Old-Timey Member Posted May 31, 2016 Posted May 31, 2016 Prisoners escape as Norman Seabrook watches helplessly.
Guest d'Kong76 Guests Posted May 31, 2016 Posted May 31, 2016 Robles doing the job not protecting the jails.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted May 31, 2016 Author Posted May 31, 2016 This started out as a clean game and a quick one. Now it's neither.
Fman99 Old-Timey Member Posted May 31, 2016 Posted May 31, 2016 Hansel Robles sucks a dumpster full of rodent dicks.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted May 31, 2016 Posted May 31, 2016 This is all my brothers fault. He left before the game was over. I told him it would be a jinx.Nats up 4-1 in the 9th
Lefty Specialist Old-Timey Member Posted May 31, 2016 Posted May 31, 2016 Norman Seabrook bound and gagged in the prison laundry.
Guest d'Kong76 Guests Posted May 31, 2016 Posted May 31, 2016 That half inning felt like an eternity.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted May 31, 2016 Posted May 31, 2016 He wasn't gone 3 minutes! I KNOW there's a connection.OMG, inside the parker for some Nat who's not Harper. 5-1

It was just a thought as to why a seemingly logical player move was not being made.As to Edgy's statement that the Dilson situation is more compelling to some than the game, I can only say that I was out this evening and have just now returned.
Lefty Specialist Old-Timey Member Posted May 31, 2016 Posted May 31, 2016 Well, that really bit the big one.

It was just a thought as to why a seemingly logical player move was not being made.I guess I just don't see it as the slam-dunk logical move as other seem to - at least not unless a decision is made to put Wright on the DL and, even then, I don't think they're going to start shifting players around the infield just to give Dilson an everyday job. And if it's just for a bench role then they've already called up the guy (Kelly) who switch-hits and was hitting .400 in AAA rather than Herrera who's at .270
TransMonk Old-Timey Member Posted May 31, 2016 Posted May 31, 2016 That game was two hours of good times followed by a swift kick in the gut.Ouch!
