I don't believe in that shit. I would be more charged taking the field as NL Champs.

Wright looking rather agile on a slow roller... it's something.
There was nothing he could have done there, I don't think. But again, a sailing throw. He has to start throwing the ball like we throw a frisbee. That's my advice. Pass it on.

I was being positive, getting to ball and all and looking like hisself.

I knew that, sorry. I was continuing a thought from another thread, about his throwing. I didn't want to go get it and quote myself.
And I don't mean throw it like a frisbee (across your chest), I mean throw the ball and compensate for the tail. Like throwing a wiffle or trackball. I think he does do that though, on routine plays, but when really rushed he don't.

Right Ronnie! A bloop & a blast.

It is easier to just type it.

Now this is the time you boo. You boo the whole team as they pack it up for the clubhouse.

A wasted performance by Thor. No big hits. Henderson lets me down.

I know it is very early in the season, but this Mets team has been a major disappointment thus far.

this was almost an encouraging game offensively. Doodoo "hustling" into an out was one killer; Conforto's smash DP the other killer

Maybe shuffling the lineup might help. Lagares and Deaza are MIA.

Hard to shuffle 8 quiet bats. But I'd expect Flores, Lagares and Plawecki to play today.

They have to do something with the lineup. The one they've been using couldn't score with a hooker.

M

Smashes and line drives are sometimes a sign that a slump is about to end
