Edgy MD Site Manager Posted October 3, 2012 Posted October 3, 2012 That may be it for Wright. And, I don't really think so, but it may be it-it.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted October 3, 2012 Posted October 3, 2012 And with that 20th jack... Scott Hairston has officially priced himself out of the Mets' picture. Congratulations to Scott. Look at his teammates surrounding him. You KNOW they're happy for him. The couldn't BE happier. Everybody is.... OH! There's Justin Turner with the pieface!

Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted October 3, 2012 Posted October 3, 2012 Ike picks the final day of the season to start going opposite field. His double kicked up chalk on the LF line and the HR just snuck in inside the LF foul pole. That's either a nice fluke or a nice sign.

Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted October 3, 2012 Posted October 3, 2012 Duda gets beaned and I do believe that's the first time Ive ever seen him really smile. It hit him square on the back of the helmet as he was turning away, slow on ducking, and knocked the helmet off. Didn't look bad but he will take a seat with the other head damaged Mets.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted October 3, 2012 Posted October 3, 2012 Lead off triple, then we load the bases, and , of course, end up with nothing to show for it.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted October 3, 2012 Posted October 3, 2012 That's all for Hef. Nice job kid.Drumroll please as I hijack this IGT to celebrate my 12000th post here at the Pool! No applause please. Please, please, sit down my friends.I thank you all for your wonderful company in supporting this sometimes wonderful team.

Gwreck Old-Timey Member Posted October 3, 2012 Posted October 3, 2012 Manny Acosta? Late in the game with the bases loaded? There's no way this can go badly.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted October 3, 2012 Posted October 3, 2012 Going from Ramirez to Acosta is like going from a toaster to a toaster oven.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted October 3, 2012 Posted October 3, 2012 Valde Ks.Yep, I'm using whatever I got today folks.
