Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 This is on the verge of getting ugly.LaHair has had a great year.
Ceetar Grand Central Contributor Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 This actually has the makings of an 11-5 Mets blowout.
Fman99 Old-Timey Member Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 This pace is downright American Leagueish.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 6 hits, 5 walks, and an error in just 5 innings should result in more than 3 runs
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 Certainly not a great outing by Gee (too many lead-off batters on) but he deserved at least a little better than he got. Several errors (never mind however many the official dude tallied up), plus Nieuwenhuis's bad break, plus a few bad break infield hits.He also deserved more runs behind him.
Piggiestomatoes Old-Timey Member Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 Unless there's a late wake-up call, looks like another crap game. What the fuck!?!?!
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 When you get two straight at'em balls by Wright with runners on base on top of good catches by Soriano you start to think it's not your night.Still, things don't feel as bad as last night, we've hit in just about every inning and still have 3 cracks at it.
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 Geez, we might not win this one.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 Shitfuck. When Soriano makes a catch like that, yea, maybe this is not our night. But I still have hope as long as we are only one run down.
Piggiestomatoes Old-Timey Member Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 I'm not saying this game sucks but I've got it muted and I'm watching snippets of AZ Gov. Jan Brewer's press conference yesterday regarding the SCOTUS's opinion on AZ Senate Bill 1070.If you're interested: http://www.mediaite.com/tv/jan-brewer-hammered-in-press-conference-for-claiming-victory-after-scotus-ruling-on-s-b-1070/
Fman99 Old-Timey Member Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 This would be a good spot for Muffie to end the HR drought. OE: Fuck.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 Nice pick off. Something goes well. Yay!
Piggiestomatoes Old-Timey Member Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 How many bouncers to Rizzo tonight? Too fucking many.

Fman99 Old-Timey Member Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 Fucking hell. This is why I'm staying up, to watch Rube Tejada ground meekly to second with the tying run so close to home?
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 Seems like we've left a man on 3rd in just about every inning tonight.oe: 11 LOBs overall
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 And yet another infield hit/shouldabeen an out (or two).
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 Holy shit we're crazy tonight.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 holy crapoli! Ikes tossed! And he did get that tag down. Damn.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 Bring out the dancing bears. This game has had just about everything, but little of it good.
metsmarathon Old-Timey Member Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 oh, holy heck, mets. the cubs are supposed to play like shit, not us.
