Guest Mets Willets Point Guests Posted February 27, 2012 Posted February 27, 2012 I found Waldo right away but can't find Jeffy.
Ceetar Grand Central Contributor Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 These are good, I need to get in on this one night when I have time.
MFS62 Old-Timey Member Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 (edited) Why can't he just get lost? For good. The only difference between this thread and a Groundhog Day like experience is that we keep seeing Jeffy, but in different places. It's scary.Later Edited February 28, 2012 by Guest
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted February 28, 2012 Author Posted February 28, 2012 Jeff's going home hungry, I think.
Benjamin Grimm Old-Timey Member Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 Yeah, he doesn't even want to try to figure out how to use the chopsticks.Nixon must be thinking, "Why'd I bring this stick in the mud with me to China?"
Fman99 Old-Timey Member Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 Even in China Jeffy can't get any dark meat.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted February 28, 2012 Author Posted February 28, 2012 I don't think this thread is anything like Groundhog Day.
metsmarathon Old-Timey Member Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 no, but i've got an idea for another 'shop
Benjamin Grimm Old-Timey Member Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 These are fun! (How exactly did Willets inspire this thread? I must have missed something.)I see the images were added to the CPF Facebook page as a photo album. I'm thinking we should blow them up to poster size and carry them on the field for Banner Day.
Guest Mets Willets Point Guests Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 (How exactly did Willets inspire this thread? I must have missed something.)It started on this page when I basically said "Let's all do something that I actually do not have the skill to do myself!!"CEETAR: It looks like Jeff was bad-photoshopped into that picture.METS - WILLETS POINT: We should have a "photoshop Jeff Wilpon into different pictures" contest.
Guest Mets Willets Point Guests Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 Here's my crappy contribution, made with MS Paint.

dinosaur jesus Old-Timey Member Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 I'm not sure what this means.
Benjamin Grimm Old-Timey Member Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 I think that belongs in the "Find Jeff Wilpon in Prehistory" thread.
Benjamin Grimm Old-Timey Member Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 With hindsight, Jeff decided that it may have been a bit of a faux pas to bring Mr. Met along.

And Jeff is Kenny. All the kids in the Japanese monster movies are named Kenny,Not so long ago, I was telling my son about Godzilla and told him "...and he has a nephew named Godzuki!" And my wife said "That's only in the cartoon." So I looked it up on the internet and the only reference I could find to Godzuki was for Godzilla the animated series. But I never watched the animated series when I was a kid and clearly remember that there was a character in one of the movies - one that looks exactly like the one in that photo DJ posted - who was named Godzuki. What gives? (sorry, I know this is total derail of the Jeff Wilpon thread).
Guest themetfairy Guests Posted March 1, 2012 Posted March 1, 2012 I always open up this thread with eager anticipation - it's so much fun
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted April 11, 2012 Author Posted April 11, 2012 I found this one I never used.
Benjamin Grimm Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 This is a great thread.I'm a little concerned, though, about what's going to happen with these attachments when the thread eventually gets archived.
Benjamin Grimm Old-Timey Member Posted November 27, 2012 Posted November 27, 2012 Bumping this thread just because it's so much fun.
