F Buffett too. Some may say there's a woman to blame but I know it's his own damn fault.

Fell down in Sydney
Ruptured a kidney
All of my fans, they were cheering for more
Thanks to the physician
I'm still in condition
To fuck up your schedule by next summer's tour

Instead, I got to make a really, really fucking brilliant pun. I hope I didn't invalidate the whole thing in the process.

Marlins president David Samson told MLB.com that the team was anticipating the series would be moved and invoiced the Marlins' season-ticket holders for only 78 games this season.

I first read this as "inconvenienced only 78 Marlins' season ticketholders." At least that's what I wanted to believe it said.

Very strange timing here. The U2 tour date in Miami was announced in mid July 2010, prior to the announcement of the 2011 MLB schedule.

Yep. I'd even maybe give them credit for "The Joshua Tree" which had a couple of catchy tunes. But that was 1987.

As far as "relevance" goes it would be harder (so much so that no other popular music artist has in the past 20 years) to draw a greater size and diversity of world-wide fanbase than U2 has. Of course, there's no accounting for taste in that calculus.

The Marlins were painfully relevant the final September weekends of 2007 and 2008, seasons when the Mets apparently suffered from
